Pets Welcome Upon Approval. Breed restrictions apply. We are unable to allow the following aggressive dog breeds in the community, including Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid. Limit of 2 pets per home. Non-refundable pet fee is $300 per pet. Monthly pet rent of $20 will be charged per pet.
